How to Prepare for the Exhibition?
Successful participation in a trade show requires good planning. For successful planning and participation, an executive must be designated as the trade show coordinator. The primary duties of this person are:
- Preparation and follow-up of the exhibition budget
- Execution of organization procedures
- Reservation of the stand
- Selection of the goods to be exhibited
- Organization of the stand construction and decoration
- Transportation of the products and promotional materials to be exhibited
- Travel and accommodation procedures for the personnel attending the exhibition
- Finding, organization, training and determination of job descriptions of the necessary stand personnel
- Keeping visitor records
- Follow-up of customers after the exhibition
- General evaluation of the event
